About the Hub & Spoke Model
Through a 'Hub-and-Spoke' service delivery model, FRNs (hubs) coordinate delivery of all programs and services, which are accessed either directly through a hub or via collaborative partnerships and agencies (spokes). This 'Hub-and-Spoke' approach ensures that Alberta children and youth aged 0-18 years and their families have equitable access to a range of evidence-based/informed universal, targeted and intensive services that support child safety, well-being and development, and caregiver capacity and support.
