Grants & Funding

To be eligible for WDFCSS Special Project funding, organizations must be requesting funding for programs/services/projects that serve the residents of the Wainwright & District community. Funding must be used for programs of a preventative nature and cannot be used towards capital projects or programs.

Allocations will be determined based on an Agency Review Process that ensures that the FCSS Mandate is fulfilled and that the program/service/project addresses the priorities of the Board.

Program Information and Application Process

The process of applying for WDFCSS Special Project funding is simple. Complete the downloadable Special Project Application below and send the completed application to the WDFCSS Director. The Board will review the request and may request further information, approve the entire request or a portion, or decline funding.

Applicants are encouraged to contact the WDFCSS Director, Kari Aykroyd,
if assistance or further information is required.
